I checked your email logs history and I didn't see any email recipients in our bounce list.
However, I checked the form (http://www.jotform.us/form/70257652164153) and it has no notification emails. If you're referring to that form then you should create a new notification email. Here's how:
1. Open your form and go to the Settings page. Select the Emails tab and click the "+" icon.
2. Click the Notification Email to create a new one.
