Forms not showing on web page

    Forms not showing on web page suddenly - there were working fine before... please help!

    I checked your site you have provided (http://www.performancebranding.com.au/) and I was able to see the form. As far I can see there is only one form embedded on the site.

    Are you still not able to view the form in your webpage? Or are you referring to other forms on your account? if so, please provide the form URL.
