    IPN relay questions

    Hi,

     

    I see that jotform 4.0 has an option for PAypal 'IPN relay settings', do I need to fill this and where do I find this information? My PAypal forms stopped working since using jotform 4.0, I'm trying to find what the problem is my customers can't pay I'm losing a lot of money...

    The IPN Relay URL is where you can put a link to where you can send the IPN message coming from PayPal. This is not needed in your case. I presume you have already enabled IPN directly in your PayPal account? Here are the guides to help you on that:

    I see you already have two threads about the PayPal integration, please directly refer to this link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1057476-. One of our developers have actually replied to your concern there. It would be best if you update us on that one so that we know if the suggestions we have are working for you. 

    I noticed you are using PayPal Pro, it uses a special credentials like API username, API password and API signature, I suggest getting a fresh copy of those credentials and update your PayPal Pro integration:
