Why won't my Square payment option show?

    When I'm editing the form I can see all the Square payment info but when I preview it or view the enabled form it doesn't show up. I've saved all my changes, connected with Square and selected the "Live Mode".

    It appears that the Square field is configured to be displayed when the 'No, this is the first time I've registered for CrossFit SBTS' option is selected. Please check conditions on that form.
