    Good Morning,

Both of our forms have important comments as HTML (text) that when someone is done submitting them we need to be able to print everything. An example is our form called PSP. It has a whole body of text but when we go to print it, it only prints the fields such as name, signature, date and etc. Is there a way to resolve this?

You can download a PDF form submission in the Submissions page. Please try enabling the "Show Headers and Texts" option in order to see the heading and text fields. Here's a guide: How-to-show-headers-or-text-for-contracts-terms-agreements-in-the-PDF-format-of-a-submission.

After doing that, you can click the "PDF" button and then choose the "Download PDF" option.

You may also enable the "PDF Attachment" option in the Advanced tab of the notification wizard.

Also, it is possible to edit the PDF submission using the PDF Designer. Here's a guide: How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report

Hope that helps. If you have any questions, let us know. Thank you.
