How do I set my form so customers see their training location when they get their email reply

    I have a form where folks need to sign up for a safety training in various locations. When they get their email response that they are signed up for the training it does not state the location. How do I get that incorporated into the email response.

    Are you referring to the Workshop field on this form?

    It should be included to the autoresponder email, or do you want to provide a full address depending on the dropdown selection?
