Is there a way to set up a form to be approved and delivered later to confirm?

We need the form to be routed to the managers supervisor before the manager delivers the review to his team member.  In addition, is there a way that the manager can fill out the form, and deliver it at a later time (can it be saved) or have the employee digitally sign a pdf? I am asking because many of our managers fill out their forms and then deliver them and have the employee sign at a later date.

It seems to me that you would like to create a savable multi-step approval setup for your forms to be passed along down the line until signed and delivered.

It's possible to fill in the form and setup an approval system customized to your needs where you can also add a signature widget to it if you want. The form could be saved with the information you need, edited if needed, and then you can use conditional logic to trigger an autoresponder to be delivered when done.
