Not receiving verification code

    I am not receiving the verification code email to set up my email address to receive email notifications when a form is submitted, how can i fix this?

    As far as I know you do not receive a verification code when you add a recipient email address, you could test the email notification by submitting your form and find if it works. 

    But a verification code is sent when you add a custom sender email, may be that the address you're trying to use is currently in our bounce list so I would suggest you to check that by following this guide: How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List

    If the problem persists, please provide us the email address you're trying to use and also let us know where are you adding it in the email wizard.
