    Hi there! My question is can I show a video, which is stored in Google Drive,  in my JotForm? If not, is there a way to store the video on youtube (or another service) so that it can only be viewed in the form.

    ----------------

    Here is the background of the situation in case it is helpful;

    Currently, we have a 4 step process for potential new clients to get on board with us.

    Step 1: Call our office and speak to the owner. This call usually lasts anywhere from 30-60 minutes. If the potential client likes what they've heard and wants to proceed with using our products, they let our owner  know and move to step 2.

    Step 2: Our owner sends the client an email thanking them for taking the time to speak to him and letting him know that one of his staff members will be back in touch with them to provide a price list and Site ID, which is necessary to order.

    Step 3: Our Fulfillment Specialist emails the new client back with the Site ID, Price list, and some general welcome information. Usually she is also verifying addresses and such in the exchange (usually a couple emails or phone calls back and forth).

    Step 4: The client can go ahead an order

    We really find it valuable to provide all of the information to the potential new client so that the really understand how our programs/products can help their businesses grow, but with our owner being out of town on business a number of times a year and there being a lot of new potential clients, he is getting swamped and finds himself having several conversations a week, which are primarily the same information. This is a great "problem" to have, but never the less, it is somewhat of a problem because it leaves him with much less time to get his work done. We are looking to streamline this process just a bit (for the new client, the Owner, and Order Fulfillment Specialist) but still offer all of the information.

    I would like to create a form where folks can watch a video of our owner giving the information, which is currently an MP4 on Google Drive and then decide if they'd like to move forward. I would prefer, if possible, that the video is directly in the form rather than having to direct the new client to another site. I'll use the conditional functions so that if they want to move forward, we ask them for all of their contact information. The confirmation email that is sent when they submit the form will send them the price list and explain that a second email will be sent with their Site ID. In essence, I will combine step 1, step 2, and part of step 3 and replace it with the form. Then steps 3 and 4 are what remain.

    You can try to embed the link to the video in an Iframe widget: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/iframe_embed

    If you have uploaded the video to YouTube, you can use the YouTube widget: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/youtube

    Let us know if you need more help.

    Hi there! Thank you for the speedy response. I tried the iFrame widget, but it didn't seem to show the video. I ended up posting it to YouTube as "Unlisted" so that only folks with the link (I'll put it in the YouTube the form widget) can see it. Thank you!
