Why is my email (jtrapp@att.net) on your bounce list?

    My email address that has worked on your system for many years is now bouncing.  The email in question is jtrapp@att.net which is valid and used every day.  I have changed the Jotform email to jertrapp@gmail.com so maybe it will work.  Possibly you are being now filtered by my email server at att.net - I will check, but do not know how that happened.

    I checked our email logs for the address in your form and the notifications have indeed been failing.  It looks like your address was rejecting the emails as spam.  AT&T tends to be quite strict when it comes to filtering.  When enough were rejected, it resulted in your address being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails.

    I removed your address from the list and the notifications should attempt to send once again.  For more information on how to prevent this from happening again in the future, please see the following guide:
