My email address that has worked on your system for many years is now bouncing. The email in question is email@example.com which is valid and used every day. I have changed the Jotform email to firstname.lastname@example.org so maybe it will work. Possibly you are being now filtered by my email server at att.net - I will check, but do not know how that happened.Page URL:

I checked our email logs for the address in your form and the notifications have indeed been failing. It looks like your address was rejecting the emails as spam. AT&T tends to be quite strict when it comes to filtering. When enough were rejected, it resulted in your address being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails.
