iFrame code missing "Next Button"

Hello

since form.jotform is blocked using wechat or china code, I have to embed jotform using iframe.  

We are a bilingual school and have many chinese customers.  Need to do my summer camp registration using wechat.

Can you please help?  For the mobile version.
