For example, the data currently goes in row format, but I would like it to report in Excel a specific way. I would like the student's name, ID#, and grade to repeat in the first three columns and eight rows, then I would like each elective choice listed in the fourth column in the order of preference (1st Choice Elective listed first, then Second Choice Elective, etc.:
Kerri McDougal 123456 10th Intro to Culinary
Kerri McDougal 123456 10th Band
Kerri McDougal 123456 10th Audio Video 2
Kerri McDougal 123456 10th Intro to Graph and Design
Kerri McDougal 123456 10th Psychology
Kerri McDougal 123456 10th Sociology
Kerri McDougal 123456 10th Team Sports
Kerri McDougal 123456 10th Health

Unfortunately, you can only choose which fields will be used in the Excel generated report, there is not a way to order data and customize it as you need.
