Hi, how can I add my form to my google drive, so I dont have to keep logging in in jot form website to send the same form?

When they fill out the form and I receive the email confirming received, can be directly to google drive somehow?

My contractors are going to be using the same form when they are assigned for a work. Any way they can keep the URL with them so I dont have to keep sending every time to them?

You can only add links to your form in your Google Drive account on newly created forms (not with existing forms). And opening the form would redirect you to JotForm version 3.

You can do that by connecting the JotForm App into your Google Drive account.

Once you create new form through your Google Drive account, the form will be automatically integrated with your Google Drive account.

However, if you want to integrate your existing forms with Google Drive. Here's ho:

Form URLs won't expire as long as the form is active, your users can keep the URL and use it whenever they want.
