Text field not allowing any formatting

When I insert a text box none of the formatting choices are working. See text box at the bottom of the form.

I cloned your form and tested it on Version 4 of the form builder and I was able to edit the "Text" field. Here's a screencast on how I did mine:

 

You need to select the "Text" field, click the "pencil" icon (it should say Edit Text). You can then see the text editor would appear and you can make changes. After making the changes, click the check icon to save it. 

Let us know if you are still having problems. If so, please do try using a different browser just to make sure.
