Why my form is not visible in website?

    I'm not sure when it happened but since yesterday I got reports from my user the form was no longer visible.

    One user wrote:  "BTW your contact form on http://pselis.com/contact-support/ is broken due to loading JS from not secured HTTP source."

    Which I don't see though.

     

    Can you please help?

    I checked your URL and form is visible to me:

    Maybe your user disabled JavaScript in his Browser so he doesn't see the form properly, or he has some other blocking extensions?
