    My form submissions are not showing up.

    When I try to view the form submissions for any of my forms, they don't show up in the result window even though they are listed in the form info. I've tried all the time frame options and none work.

    Hello jcs3768,

    Can you try reloading your submissions page again? I just tried opening it now and found the submissions there. You can also try logging out and then log back in to see if it's a browser session issue.

    It still does not work. When I hit the Submissions button, the submissions briefly appear, then disappear and I get the Nothing to Display message. It is the same for all my forms.

    Thanks for your response, Joseph.

    This is a bit strange. I checked your form and I was able to view all your submissions. Can you tell us the browser you're using?

    If you are using Chrome, can you press F12, then try pressing F5 to reload the page and see if there are certain scripts which may possibly not loading properly? It would also be great if you can provide us a screenshot on the errors that appear.

    I tried it…no luck. It shows results for just a second, then goes to this screen.

    Did you try clearing your browser cache and cookies? Please give it a try and inform us here for the result. 

    Also, as mentioned by my colleague, please check your browser console for errors. These guides should help you navigate the console area:

    I’m afraid I don’t have the knowledge to be able to check for errors.

    I did clear cache and cookies and no difference. My browser is Chrome.

    No prior knowledge is required. We simply need a screenshot of the error that appears on the console so we can see what is causing the submissions to not display. To open the console of your browser, please press CTRL + SHIFT + J on your keyboard. This will open the console window where you can see the error. 

    Then take a screenshot of it and set it to this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1063616. Here's a guide on How to add screenshots to questions to the support forum?

    I would also suggest to try removing any add-ons on the browser such as AdBlock to see if they are causing the issue. You can also try checking the submissions on a different browser such as Firefox.
