Showing different Gift Registry items based on selected answers

I have a form with 22 Names in a Combox. Every user should use his name. Depend on the name, into the gift registry should be the option "Leiter" just for 4 Persons.

An Example: If Josua Eugster choose his name, he should choose "Gruppenleiter" for every Date. But if Esther Wiget loved in, she should not choose "Gruppenleiter" because she is not a leader person.

These are the leaders:

Josua Eugster

Oliver Affolter

Marianne Wirth

Peter Wirth

Other people should not have the opportunity to choose "Gruppenleiter".

This is not possible with any of the advanced widgets such as the Gift Registry widget. You cannot conditionally show or hide individual options inside widgets.

The only way to achieve your requirement is to use two different Gift Registry widgets - one containing only the leader-selectable option (Gruppenleiter), and another containing the remaining options. Only then, you could use show/hide conditional logic to show the leader Gift Registry if one of the leader names is selected:
