Apologies for any inconvenience, can you help us by giving us more information about the issue you're having, please?
I have checked the email address you used in opening this thread and found out it is associated with a guest account (has 3 forms) and a registered account (has 1 form).
May we know which form are you currently working on and you're having issues updating it, please?
Base on the information I have, the last form that you were editing is this one: https://www.jotform.com/50408693564865
The form, however, is on the guest account. Would you like to have that form transferred to the account that is registered from the guest account?
Also, the issue you are having, is it happening only to a particular device? If so, have you tried accessing your form on a different device?
We will wait for your response.
Thank you.

Hello,
I have moved rest of your forms form guest account to your account with username "NISC". I would suggest you to please check your form again and see if the issues you were having still persists.
If you see additional texts in your form, I would suggest you to please take advantage of our "revision History" feature to revert back your form to an earlier version. The following guide should help you: https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-view-form-revision-history
Thank you!
