Apologies for any inconvenience, can you help us by giving us more information about the issue you're having, please?

I have checked the email address you used in opening this thread and found out it is associated with a guest account (has 3 forms) and a registered account (has 1 form).

May we know which form are you currently working on and you're having issues updating it, please?

Base on the information I have, the last form that you were editing is this one: https://www.jotform.com/50408693564865

The form, however, is on the guest account. Would you like to have that form transferred to the account that is registered from the guest account?

Also, the issue you are having, is it happening only to a particular device? If so, have you tried accessing your form on a different device?

We will wait for your response.

    Thank you.

Hmmm. thought the guest account was replaced quite awhile back with the registered account. I logged in with registered account as I thought I always did.
File name you mentioned is the correct file but the other 2 cannot be edited either. An error msg pops up and disappears quickly so unable to capture any more info, but says "ops unable to load file......." not sure remainder of msg.
It was also on JotForm 3 vs 4. Could that be an issue? Or is 4 only for mobile devices?
I am temporarily unable to try another device, May be able to tomorrow. Need to replace charge cord.
Moving to registered account is fine with me as I thought that was the one I was logging into.
Thanks for any help you can provide.

    Additional info:
I can access other options ie: view form, etc. and the provided link to form works. However, I needed to edit it since what I'm seeing when I view form has additional text that was not part of original form, not sure why / how that occurred or when.
I had just deleted old entries and was checking the form view and access link when I encountered the additional text. That was reason I wanted to edit, to get rid of text that didn't belong.
Also I am getting "red" site certificate error on browser when accessing your site. Don't know what that is about. Never happened before.
Thanks again for any help you can provide!

    Hello,

I have moved rest of your forms form guest account to your account with username "NISC". I would suggest you to please check your form again and see if the issues you were having still persists.

If you see additional texts in your form, I would suggest you to please take advantage of our "revision History" feature to revert back  your form to an earlier version. The following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-view-form-revision-history

    Thank you!
