Issue while submitting the form

    Hello,
     
    We have a Jot form named VTGV009. Our customers are unable to submit the form. They have tried many times but when submitting the form jot form site shows an error. Kindly revert asap

    I noticed that you have a number of forms with names VTGV009. Can you tell us which form exactly you are having issues with on receiving form submissions?
