Sometimes, submitted data do not sent to my Google Sheet

    Hi,

    Other forms are ok, but only [Eng Breaking] do not sent the submitted data to my Google Sheet. Could you check and tell me how to fix?

    Please try to redo the Google Spreadsheet integration on your form. It should setup a new connection with a brand new spreadsheet and complete form data.
