    Hello,

I have received the following message from you :

It seems like you have reached your API limit. FREE accounts are limited to 1,000 requests per day and you have used 1,000 requests today. Your API Key (xxx) has been disabled for the rest of the day.

I don't understand, as I have not reached your limits for a free account. Please clarify.

    Best regards

    Sophie

Please let me inform you that API is called each time an application or widget connects with Jotform. For example, if an application retrieves data from Jotform, the API key will be used to retrieve that information. Free accounts have a limit of 1,000 api calls daily. The Android App or one of the widgets on your forms may have made several API calls, which is why you reached the limit.

Forms should still work properly even if API limit is reached. However, widgets may not load properly at this time. API limit resets daily, so you can simply wait until midnight EST and the API limit will reset back to 0.

You can check out this guide for more information: Daily API Call Limits
    Regards.
