How to receive payments if they were made during Demo Mode?

I have 4 Transactions that was made during demo Mode - I've never received those payments

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you had "Test Mode" enabled in your payment question when you received these 4 submissions?

Please note that if "Test Mode" is enabled in payment tool, it does not process the payment. That means there was no live payment made by your users. It is just used to test your form in simulation mode.
