How do i import a form from my computer?

In which format you have created form in your computer. Please note that currently it is only possible to import HTML form from a webpage URL and fillable PDF form.

If the form which you have created is in any other format, it is not possible to import it but please note that creating form in JotForm is very easy. Please share the form which you have created and we will see if we can help you create similar form. You can email the file to us at support@jotform.com and please ensure the subject of the email is "Thread #1064244"
