Hi,
We would like to insert a button at the bottom of a form to allow users to print the form, sign it, scan it and then upload the signed version and finally submit it.
Would it be possible?
Thank you,

You can add a print button on your form by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/24-Print-Button-on-Forms
We also have a widget that allows your user to preview the form before they can submit. Here's that widget: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/preview_before_submit
For signatures, I advise adding any of the widgets for your users so that they don't need to print, sign and re-upload the form, they can simply sign it on the form itself. Below are the signature widgets that you can add:
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/smooth_signature
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/signature
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/sigplus
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/docusign
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/initials
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/adobe_dc_esign_services
I hope that helps.

Is it possible to create a “print and sign” button separate and above the “submit” button which only prints the last page of the form?
I have already created that (see attached screenshot) but I just want it to print the last page.

I could not find any way to print only the last page except that you put a text Note on the last page of form specifying that user need to scan and upload the last page only
