We would like to insert a button at the bottom of a form to allow users to print the form, sign it, scan it and then upload the signed version and finally submit it.
Would it be possible?

You can add a print button on your form by following this guide:Â https://www.jotform.com/help/24-Print-Button-on-FormsÂ
We also have a widget that allows your user to preview the form before they can submit. Here's that widget:Â https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/preview_before_submitÂ
For signatures, I advise adding any of the widgets for your users so that they don't need to print, sign and re-upload the form, they can simply sign it on the form itself. Below are the signature widgets that you can add:
I hope that helps.

Is it possible to create a “print and sign” button separate and above the “submit” button which only prints the last page of the form?
I have already created that (see attached screenshot) but I just want it to print the last page.

I could not find any way to print only the last page except that you put a text Note on the last page of form specifying that user need to scan and upload the last page only
