I created a fairly long form. The first condition has two logic that has to be met. Once they are met, most of the questions are hidden. The questions did get hidden; however, it hid too much. The calculated total and the PayPal total along with the submit button were also hidden even though they were not part of the "multiple hide. They were gone. In fact, the form just stops and doesn't have any "submit" "next" or anything to carry it to completion.

I've tried to unhide some of the page breaks, and that does bring back the totals and whatnot. However, it leads to blank bars on the form that users would have to click through to get to the end page.

I've done variations of deletion of the page breaks and none of it worked right. Please advise.

Is the issue resolved? I checked the form and tried to check various options but submit button always stayed. Here is the screenshot of what I see
