You can forward data that you receive through JotForm forms directly into your SalesForce database, however the first part of your requirement is unfortunately not feasible - at least not in an automated way.

JotForm forms cannot take/access any data that you already have in your SalesForce account to use it is a partially filled / prepopulated form. Data can only be automatically passed in one direction - from JotForm forms to SalesForce:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/321-Mastering-SalesForce-with-JotForm

What helps is that you can prepopulate JotForm forms by using URL parameters, as described in the following guide:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters

The task of taking your existing data from within SalesForce, and using it in the URL parameters to prepopulate the forms, however, is something that you would need to perform on your own end - either manually, or by hiring a developer to automate such a task for you.

Please let us know should you need further assistance. Thank you.
