What's the relationship between pricing and users?

Case: I want my crew of 6 to have access to the forms I create.  The forms are internal only.  IE site inspection checklist.  Form submissions will be from mobile.

What's the environment for the user?  ie do they work within an app or is it strictly web based, in which case I need to host the forms somewhere?

How many users do I need?  Only I will be creating forms, but 6 people will be submitting forms.

Is the monthly fee for all users?  each user?

    Thanks

    Hello JP,

One account is sufficient for your requirement. If you are expecting over 100 submissions per month, you can upgrade to any of the paid plans for higher submissions list.

In order for your users to fill and submit the form, you just need to provide to them the form URL which you can get in the form builder. You can also use the embed codes and embed the form into your website.

There is no limit in sharing the form to your users. The limit applies only to the number of submissions and views. See our pricing page for more info about the limits https://www.jotform.com/pricing

The monthly fee applies only to your account if you have subscribed to the paid plan.
