Hello! We use JotForm to receive cupcake orders on our website. Recently, however, a few of our new orders aren't coming through to my email. In the past, I got a new order email with each order submitted. Is there a way to make sure all orders come through via email? I don't know what changed.

I checked our mail logs for the address in your forms notification email and as far as I can tell, the emails have been sending without interruption. Check your spam/junkmail folder to see if any have been filtered there. According to our logs, there haven't been any failed emails to your orders@ address.
