I work for Girl Scouts and we have a paid account. We have several forms that link to different individual email inboxes. We are not getting the notification emails that indicate that someone has filled out our forms. I did see you had a recent update. Is there something we should do on our end?

What is the form in which you are not getting email notifications? Please check if the recipient emails are in bounce list: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List, and make sure to remove them from bounce list.
Also, check the spam folders, if you find the notifications there, make sure to mark them as NOT SPAM.
