My form is disabled

    I just set up a new account and created a form and when I send out the email link, it says the form is disabled.  I had my VA look into it and this is what she found  


    It seems that your account and form was flagged. Which seems insane, because isn’t this a brand new account?  This is why the form I was trying to view was disabled.  Makes sense now.  Here is some info I found that is fairly new. Seems it might be a new issue since their latest release.


    Can you please help out?  I need this form accessible ASAP!
