Why my form is not properly calculation based on user's selection?

I have a person trying to register for a course via jotform and it isn't totaling up the price so they can't  register.  Please help!

I have checked your form and found some inconsistencies in the calculation wizard, this is why it returns a 0 value.

Here's a screenshot with the errors I found:

You should fix this and remove either the multiplication or sum operations, based on what you need to do, and the widget should calculate properly once this has been changed.
