I have a big problem with the way you handle the e-mail bounce list. It is not good to have it so the end user has NO IDEA they are on the bounce list and misses submissions. At the very least, there should be an attempt to reach the customer via an e-mail saying they are now on the bounce list, or have a backup address in case there is something wrong with the primary address.

I followed the directions about removing from the bounce list, but apparently I am on it again because it doesn't work. This is a Microsoft exchange server hosted by microsoft, and I never get any bouncing issues other than with Jotform.

But at the very least you need to incorporate some sort of notification, and or put a big RED notice on the website as well that an e-mail address is being blocked. I can't tell you how much trouble this is causing because customers are not able to get responses in a timely manner.

When you login to your account, a popup would show letting you know that your email is in bounce list. If the bouncing issue continues, make sure to check the spam folder and if you find any JotForm notification, mark it as NOT SPAM, otherwise, your email service provider will keep rejecting us, causing the recipient to end up in bounce list.

You may also whitelist our sending IP addresses within your email service provider: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses

I’ve never once seen a pop up. But that is still not a good solution. I don’t log into jotform much, I rely on e-mails to get to me. How would I know? There should be an alternate form of notification…either another e-mail address, SMS message – something.

    Cheers!

We do not have such an alert, but I have forwarded a request to our back-end team, so a notification is sent to an alternate email address whenever a email setup as a recipient in a notification ends up in bounce list.

If this is implemented you will be notified via this thread.
