Unable to login to my account

    I can't login, i receivie a message, "Suspend", what happened? Can't recover my password as well.

    Your account is suspended because you're asking for login information. I checked your form and I didn't see any guilty fields. I have now activated your account so you can manage your forms properly. Please read our Terms of Use to avoid getting suspended.

    Here's how to reset your password:

    1. Go to this link: https://www.jotform.com/login

    2. Click the Forgot Password link.

    I have a form asking for some private information, but never for login, and the information i ask is for the use of my company, internal use and are important. The form is internal. For coworker to coworker.

    I already have read the Terms of Use, and always take care.

    But how i be safe to continue using your forms if i can have my login blocked again without warning? And worst, without reason.

    Friend, your company is a service provider. You can't just block someone this way. You have many clients like me, who use the forms internaly and put this forms on your daily work.

    I know i'm just one guy complaing, but i ask you to be more cautious on this.

    If you think you have some reasons to block someone, block that form and send at least some warnings to the user mail, never the account, because how i can make thinks right if i can't log in my account? Or without the knowledge what is wrong?

    Anyway.

    Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. We will take your suggestion into consideration. For further information, we have an automatic phishing detector that allows us to automatically suspend thousands of forms created everyday for phishing activities such as stealing credit card information, social security numbers, login credentials, child pornography, etc. However this tool is not updated to scan Arabic, French, Portuguese, and other similar languages, therefore most of the forms made in these languages are automatically suspended. This might be the reason why your account was suspended.

    To avoid further suspensions we recommend you to build the form on English and then use the Language Translator tool to set it into Arabic, French, Portuguese, or any other language that might be suspended automatically.
