How to send emails based on Zip code value?

We have a form www.alwaysbestcare.com/adwords/ and we would like this form to automatically be emailed to the correct franchisee based on the zip code entered in the form submission.  Is there a widget or plugin that can help with this?  If not is it possible to do this with conditions in bulk since we are talking about a lot of zip codes.

You can do that by using our Conditional sending of emails https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer. But you will have to create a condition for each zip code. I don't see a more elegant way to do that. I don't know how many zip codes you have, but that would be one way to do it.
