Links no longer working

Hello, 

We have several forms that include links to our website. The point of these links is to provide example layouts, badges and other options for their site. All of the links recently disappeared from the forms entirely, and I can't figure out how to add them back. 

Can someone please restore this functionality to our account or provide instructions on how to repost the links?

You can revert your form to a previous version, where you had those links included, by using the Revision History tool: https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-view-form-revision-history
