I have a form on my site I can't access

    I think the previous web master used various emails to create forms or something.

    I an access the account with form number 60814238863157

    but can't access form number 61874662662162 which should have been in the same account. Can you please help me?

    The form ID 61874662662162 belongs to the username ccofdallas and it is registered to the email address benleinen89@gmail.com.
