Getting PCI Error Code on Submission

    Hi - I have an form integrated with an Authorize.net merchant account and when I try to complete a purchase, I get an error code:

    PCI :: Error during transaction

    I've tried the form both in sandbox mode and in live mode and get the same error. I appreciate your help on this. Thanks!

    Hi there,

    I just tried submitting your form and I found the following error.

    The message says that your have provided invalid credentials or inactive account. I understand that you have already tried both switching between sandbox and live modes. Can you please try logging in to your Authorize.net merchant interface with the same credentials you have provided in the Authorize.net field in your form. If you are not able to login there, that means the credentials are indeed invalid or account is inactive.
