One of our users is unable to create an account. The email address is email@example.com.
Would it be possible this email is blocked?

I have checked the email logs and found the invitation to create an account in order to view shared forms, I can see the email is indeed in our bounce list, but the emails with the invitation have been sent already.
I have already removed it from our bounce list so you can receive emails from JotForm now. Also, your sub-user could create an account using the email address where you shared the forms, he should find the shared folder already when log in.
