I want to create a form where users can toggle between "$" and "%" for a number (in this base, someone's bonus salary). In some cases, our clients state the bonus in whole dollars (i.e. $10K) and sometimes they state it as a percentage of base salary. In that case it'll look like "10%". The problem is, in the JotForm email, I can't figure out a way to make it work. I currently put in a "$" into the email itself and then the field is JUST a numeric-locked field so that when you type in "10" it'll look like "$10". However, when you put in "10" and toggle "%" it ends up looking like: "$10%". How can I fix this?

I had created a demo form for you. You are free to test it and clone it and make changes

Hope this helps.

Thanks, Ian! This might help, but I need to see the email generated from this form submittal. Can you make the email go to me?

If you meant to ask, how the email of the submittal from the demo form will look like. then here is the screenshot :
I had added additional email field , so you can test it by yourself.
You can always customize the content of the email content section
Hope this helps
