Are we missing a submission?

The submission preview under our form name says 30, but when I run a report, it's actually 29. Is that just a bug or could we potentially be missing one? Thanks!

I checked the submissions for the form you are referring to and it appears to a total of 29 submissions. Here's a guide on How to View Form Submissions.

Can you please try to re-login from your your account and do a full browser refresh?
