Is there a way we can have someone fill out a form, and then do another form and it combines on one xcell spread sheet in order? (Example attached.)

    Example 1st form

    First Name ?

    Last Name ?

    Pickup location?

     

    Then the second form

    drop off location?

    Time?

    Were you satisfied?

     

    So on the google spread sheet it will read the following ounce complete.....

    First Name   - Last Name - Pickup Location - Drop Off Location - Time - Were you satisfied?

    John              Smith            Atlanta Blue      Atlanta Red            5:45     5 Stars        

        

    Is this possible?

    Unfortunately, this is not possible at the moment to have two forms to update one Google Spreadsheet. Alternatively, you can use the ImportRange but you need to manually update a field on spreadsheet as this is not automatically update the sheet when receiving submission.

    You may also try to use the Combine Submission App from JotForm where you can combine form submissions from two forms into one Report.

    To achieve this, first thing to do is to export your data, please see this guide: How to Download Form Submissions as Excel/CSV/PDF?

    Then, upload the exported file using the Import App.

    Please follow the instructions below to achieve this:

    1. Use the Combine Submission App to combine existing submissions data, please see this link to get the app: http://apps.jotform.com/app/combine_submissions

    2.The CSV file that was created and contains the combined submissions data can be imported to an existing jotform using the Import Data App. Please see this link to get this app: https://apps.jotform.com/app/import_data

    3. Please import the submission data to the form that can accommodate the combined submissions. The form should contain the fields that were in the combined forms data.

    4. Lastly, integrate your current form that contains the current combined submissions data to google. Here's  the guide on How to Integrate Form with Google Spreadsheet.
