    Email notifications not sent or received 1487053231

    I sent you a question and got an answer on how to create a notification email which has nothing todo with the question.

    We know how to create a notification email and did many times so the answer has not resolved our issue.

    Here is the issue again:

    we created a new send from email address with the smtp user name and password.

    We used the new from email in a new form as the from address for auto responder. 

    We tested the form but no emails notification are received nor auto responder even my email as the one who submitted the form. The submission shows that it went out but again it was never received nor the notification.

    I just saw another answer from you saying use noreply@jotform.com

    The whole point we are trying to make here is that we want to email to come from our domain wcce@aju.edu 

    We need to know what is wrong in the way we setup the above sender email. 

    Please help us resolve this issue

    Please note that there is no need to report same issue on multiple threads. 

    I have inspected email history logs on your account and I saw that all your SMTP emails failed.

    Most likely you have not set your SMTP credentials correctly. Inside of this article you can find out how to to it:
