Hello, I'm experiencing difficulties with resetting my password. I have an account under the email email@example.com, but it seems that my inbox is full. To solve this, I transferred my email address to firstname.lastname@example.org. I would like to ask you to send the password reset to that email address, because as you can understand I am in a bit of a pickle.

I checked the email - email@example.com but I was not able to find an account associated to the email. However, as per checking the other email address you provided (firstname.lastname@example.org), the email is associated to the account GRMcla. I have resent the password reset email on your account GRMcla. Please check your email (email@example.com) if you have now received the password reset email.
