Despite the API key integration of Mailchimp in Jotform, contacts do not import

    I think I have done all what I should and did not receive any error message. But the new contacts still do not appear in the indicated list in Mailchimp ... What could  be the reason ?

    We would be more than happy to take a look at this problem you are having with Mailchimp.
