Email Notification: Unable to receive email

ive set up a brides registration form for my wedding Fayres and I've been told someone has responded they got an email but I didn't re rive any notification..  not being notified renders the form useless to me, what can I do? 

Are you referring to this form - http://www.jotformeu.com/form/70442790529359? I checked the form and currently the form has no submissions so no email notification will be sent from this form.
