Error message: This form is disabled.

Hi, i have created a form, but when i open it i get an error saying that my form is disabled. I checked and it is not me who has disabled it

Upon checking your account I found that it's suspended by our anti-phishing system. As your form "Tilbakemeldingsskjema etter besøk av Jødiske veivisere" has fields like "Password" which makes it suspected of being used for phishing.

Authentication form can't be used in JotForm and creating such forms are against the Terms of Use. I have deleted the password field and activated your account again. Do try to sign in to your Jotform account and get back to us if you have any trouble.

Kindly refrain from creating form with email/password, login/password or credit card details.
