Salesforce Integration

We are trying to test out the Salesforce form integration, however we are not able to authenticate into our Sandbox. Could you help us out and let us know how to do so ?

I see that you're having a problem with using our salesforce integration on your form due to being unable to authenticate it.

I checked your account but, you have several forms and I am not sure which you are having this problem on.

Can you please tell us the name or provide us to a link to the form so that we can investigate it?
