My account is autosuspended

    my account says autosuspend? what does that mean?

    Hi again Helen,

    I have examined your account and found that it was autosuspended indeed, as our automatic form reviewing scripts routinely scan forms for violations of our terms of use.

    I manually inspected your form and concluded that it is in compliance with our terms of use, so I have re-activated your account.

    I got message that my jot form account is autosuspended. Can you re-activate please? because I can't share my survey link to friends? Thank you in advance.
