When my customer completes Page 21 (the "REQUESTED DELIVERY PROFILE" page) they tell me that they can not proceed to the next page of my R. A. Prince On-Line Order Form. Also, I have already cleaned the Cashe' and asked the customer to refresh the browser and start again. This did not work. My customer uses Firefox and Internet Explorer internet browsers. Why is that happening?
Please help me.

I have checked your JotForm and see that there are several conditions set on the form. However, as I check the conditions from Page 21, the following conditions seems to be suspected for me.
Could you please review these conditions once and let us know if the issue still persists? We will be happy to happy to take a look again.
