    It says my account is suspended?

    Unfortunately, it is not allowed to collect credit card information on plain text fields using JotForm. Such forms are considered as phishing forms and associated accounts will be automatically suspended. Please refer to our terms of usage for more information on phishing. If you need to receive payments, it is required to use one of the payment methods available in the form builder. These payment methods comply with the PCI/DSS security standards to process the payments securely.  

    In order to activate your account, it is required to accept our terms and delete the guilty fields from the form. Please confirm so that we can delete the fields from the form and activate your account.

    We have checked, and we do not have any offending fields. Why was our account auto suspended. We have to get these back enabled. Also, we do want to switch to a paid plan, but this is not looking good to our deciders.
